Zhejiang Taixing Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., located in Wenling, Zhejiang, is a company engaged in tool grinders, special tool grinders and precision machine tools. The company covers an area of 7,000 square meters and has more than 70 patents. It independently develops and produces more than 60 types of precision grinding machine equipment, including automatic cutters grinding machine, drill bit sharpener, end mill sharpener, screw tap sharpener, lathe tool grinder, saw blade sharpener, universal cutter grinder, universal tool grinder, etc. Among them,production-type CNC insert grinding machine, including peripheral grinder, dedicated grinders for PCD/PCBN tools, hub cutter grinder, insert chamfering machine, and insert grooving machine. Breaking foreign technological monopolies, steadily advancing the localization of high-end grinding equipment, and become the core force leading the upgrading of the tool equipment industry.

Our History

Zhejiang Taixing Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is a technology-based enterprise with more than 20 years of experience in the design, research and development, production and trade of tool grinders, special tool grinders and precision machine tools. Since 2006, we have established a deep strategic cooperation with MRCM, focusing on the research and development and production of tool grinding equipment; in 2014, TXMC established an East New District and began to independently develop (PCD.PCBN) special grinders. The company gradually completed the strategic planning from tool grinding equipment to production tool equipment; until 2018, it launched the overseas expansion strategy of TXMC's intelligent manufacturing brand and established a 7,000-square-meter technology research and development center. The company was officially renamed Zhejiang Taixing Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., and hub cutter grinders, automatic chamfering machines, manual PCD tool grinders and other equipment have completed research and development and entered stable production; from 2019 to 2020, the company has developed and mass-produced peripheral grinding machine equipment (MD400/MD400Plus), deeply empowering blade segments such as wind power, superhard, gears, and shield machines; in the process of development, the company continues to appear at well-known exhibitions in the fields of the four major international machine tool exhibitions (European EMO, American IMTS, Japanese JIMTOF, Beijing CIMT, Shanghai CCMT), and by 2022, it has participated in more than 500 industry exhibitions, and its products have been exported to more than 128 countries and regions around the world; in 2025, TXMC will integrate technology to innovate and develop the ZD20 automatic cutters grinding machine and realize quantitative production.
