With its optical projection technology, it achieves high definition, excellent image quality and distortion-free characteristics.The detection precision and resolution can approach 0.005mm, and it can precisely measure tool length, angle, and arbitrary arc radius.

The TX-M4 lathe tool grinder includes a water-cooling feature, which ensures dimensional precision during tool regrinding and prevents excessive temperatures from impacting machining quality. The machine body has a high structural strength, which ensures consistent and dependable grinding. It allows you to regrind ultra-hard materials like PCD and PCBN inserts, as well as design non-standard radius scales. It may also repairable ball type (SR) with specific accessories, allowing it to meet more customised machining requirements.
