The TXMC advanced TX-Y6B Spiral Screw Tap Sharpener is a high-efficiency and precision grinding device. This model features a dual-head grinding design. The left side has the same function as the Y3C, capable of grinding the entire front cutting surface and front cutting edge of straight flute taps and tip taps, as well as the front cutting surface of spiral taps. The right side employs a special side-cutting structure specifically for grinding the spiral cutting grooves of spiral taps.
This Spiral Screw Tap Sharpener is suitable for grinding 2-flute, 3-flute, and 4-flute taps. With optional accessories, it can also support the grinding of 5-flute taps. The innovative design and simple operation allow for high-precision grinding tasks without complex skills, significantly extending tap life and improving tapping quality. It is an ideal choice for the hardware tools, machining, and mold manufacturing industries.
