The TXMC brand TX-MD400 PLUS CNC Inserts Grinding Machine Processing Round Blade is designed specifically for grinding indexable inserts and can complete double-sided chamfering in a single setup. The machine has a unique non-standard insert grinding capability that allows for rapid machining settings for complicated curves, involutes, and other specific grinding needs by simply importing drawings. It also features a database with specifications for all ISO standard inserts, allowing operators to simply perform insert machining by inputting appropriate parameters based on process needs.

The CNC Inserts Grinding Machine Processing Round Blade features improved core configurations. The X and Y axes employ THK high-precision roller guides with Akribis linear motors, while the B and C axes use DD direct-drive motors with a patented structure that provides low noise, low torque variation, and ultra-high rigidity, allowing for long-term maintenance-free operation. In terms of power, it has a 12kW Taiwan synchronous electric spindle that ensures rigidity, shock resistance, and endurance through constant torque control, resulting in increased grinding force and quieter operation. It uses KEYENCE probes to accurately measure the cutting tool's outer circumference and macro-compensate the center for precise inner circle dimensions. The machine body is made of HT300 grade gray cast iron, which is structurally stable and not easily deformed after natural aging treatment, and has excellent shock resistance.
