Model: TX-SE400
The TXMC brand TX-SE400 CNC Peripheral Inserts Grinding Machine is a specialized machine for grinding the peripheral edges of indexable inserts. It not only enables single-sided chamfering of inserts but also innovatively develops non-standard insert grinding capabilities. For grinding complex curves and involutes, machining settings can be completed with a single click by importing drawings.

The CNC Peripheral Inserts Grinding Machine has an extremely beneficial configuration. The X and Y axes use HIWIN high-precision roller guides with Akribis linear motors, the B-axis utilizes a DD direct-drive motor with a patented construction, and the C-axis uses a worm gear rotary table with a time-grid angle encoder to achieve a repeatable accuracy of 6 arcseconds. The total design provides minimal noise, low torque fluctuation, extremely high stiffness, and long-term maintenance-free operation. The 5.5KW synchronous high-torque electric spindle employs continuous torque management, providing superior stiffness, vibration resistance, and longevity, resulting in increased cutting force and quieter operation. It is equipped with a KEYENCE probe, which allows it to properly measure the insert's outside circumference dimensions and macro-compensate the center, assuring consistency in the inscribed circle and clearance angle dimensions.
