The TX-M6 durable Manual PCD Inserts Grinding Machine is also a manual precision tool grinder, designed for high-precision machining of PCD, CBN, and carbide tools. It balances machine accuracy, structural rigidity, ease of operation, and production efficiency. The machine innovatively features a smart CCD camera, allowing for arbitrary planning of radius (R) angle markings. It integrates practical functions such as angle measurement and parallel line comparison, quickly adapting to the machining needs of non-standard tools.
The machine body is made from a single piece of high-quality casting and has a pressure-resistant structural design.Natural aging treatment improves stability and decreases deformation while retaining excellent accuracy. The inclusion of imported linear encoders and angle encoders enhances precision. The independently built operating system also allows clients to program the machine as needed, making it more convenient and efficient.
