Model: TX-R300D/R300
The TXMC series High Speed Arc Chamfering Machines, latest selling models, are specifically designed for workpieces that have not undergone heat treatment and are widely used in chamfering processes in various mold manufacturing and mechanical parts processing.
The standard TX-R300 model can efficiently complete the grinding of straight edge chamfers and comes standard with a common motor to meet routine processing needs.
The upgraded TX-R300D chamfering machine brings functional upgrades, handling both rounded (R) and chamfered (C) corners with ease.It provides variable real-time motor speed modification based on the properties of the processed material. The R300D's high-performance brushless motor significantly improves operational stability and output power. It has a 3 to 5 times longer service life than normal motors, which significantly improves the equipment's longevity and overall performance.

Differences between TX-R300D and R300 High Speed Arc Chamfering Machines:
TX-R300 (Standard Model): Excels at delivering precise, clean right-angle chamfers. It is a reliable and robust solution for consistent results in routine applications.
TX-R300D (Advanced Model): An upgraded version featuring a high-performance brushless motor (3-5 times more powerful than standard motors). This provides greater stability and adaptive speed control, which automatically optimizes for diverse materials. It handles complicated profiles, including rounded (R) and beveled (C) corners, more efficiently.
